March 15, 2010 -- The Ukrainian Canadian Congress - Saskatoon Branch, Inc. is seeking supervisors and helpers to assume the responsibility of child minding during ESL classes. These individuals will work closely with the ESL Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, enjoy working with children aged 2-10.
• Prior experience working with children an asset.
• Bilingual or multilingual knowledge a definite asset.
• All successful applicants will be required to obtain a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities:

• Complete a thorough check-in/out process each work session;
• Supervision of all children in care while parents are in class;
• Create and administer age-appropriate activities for all children;
• Inform ESL Coordinator of supply needs or other requirements;
• Light cleaning duties as required.

Hours of Work:

Minimum 6 hrs/week. Morning, evening and weekend positions available.

Salary:

$10 - $12/hr.
