November 25, 2010 -- The UWC sent a letter today to Kharkiv Mayor Hennadii Kernes, with copies to Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych and Parliament Head Volodymyr Lytvyn, calling for the restoration of a memorial plaque dedicated to the former head of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church, Patriarch Josyf Slipyj. October 31, 2010 -- Amid an unusually rainy summer, the 1st Regina Ukrainian Fall Fest was blessed with a lovely, sunny day to celebrate Ukrainian culture and its people's contributions to Canadian society. October 20, 2010 -- (Winnipeg) The Ukrainian Canadian Congress is launching the third annual National Holodomor Awareness Week November 22-28. The goal is to annually unite the Ukrainian community and all Canadians in remembering the victims and raising awareness of this genocide. October 5, 2010 -- UCC-SPC invites qualified individuals to apply for the position of Translation & Interpretation Services Coordinator.
